We Believe in the Power of Women Empowering Women

We are a group of women whose mission is to support promising disadvantaged or at risk young women.  We provide the environment to build a community of women living with freedom and courage, loving her whole self, and empowering other women by example.

We provide a beautiful environment away from their lives that allows these young women to release the wounds and pain of difficult childhoods so they may live peaceful, productive, inspired lives. We pay for all travel, hotel, food and fees for each young woman we select for our Pathway week long program.

Simply, we help women embrace and empower themselves. We select young women struggling  as they age out of foster care, leave high school or the first few years afterward. Most of these young women have experienced pain and difficulty in their past.  In many cases they have been abandoned by family, and are struggling to have a consistent place to live.

In all  cases they are ready to start their adult life with a new perspective. In fact, in spite of the odds they have demonstrated personal leadership beyond what most people would expect given the difficulty of their lives. We support these women in opening up to the freedom and fun that their life has the potential to have.   Often they have little or no support in their lives and just need someone to believe in them.  We inspire them to believe in themselves.

Our Mission also Includes Teachers and Counselors

We also send to our workshops teachers and counselors who have committed themselves to supporting teens and young adults. The teachers and counselors attend alongside the  young women by being a source of support and inspiration. The colleagues discover that when you empower others, you empower yourself.  They also embark on their own journey of growth.   The teachers and counselors learn new ways to support these young women without entangling themselves into their lives.

The teachers, counselors and young women find in each other an inspirational friendship.

They find in themselves support, confidence and love.

They find their belief in themselves.
